This Cookie Policy explains how LinkMotors Discovery Ltd (company number 17089038, registered office A376, Unit 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF, United Kingdom) uses cookies and similar technologies on the LinkMotors platform (linkmotors.net). 1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (used by our cookie consent mechanism) and session storage.
2. Your consent choices
When you first visit LinkMotors, we show a cookie banner with two options: Accept all and Necessary only. Analytics cookies are switched off by default and are only loaded if you choose “Accept all”. Until you make a choice, no analytics cookies are set. Strictly necessary cookies, which the Platform needs to function, are always active.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage and stays in effect until you clear it or change it. To change your choice, clear the consent keys from local storage (see section 5) or clear your browser's site data for linkmotors.net, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
3. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as signing in or maintaining a session. For signed-in users, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets a session cookie to keep you logged in.
Functional
Functional storage remembers your preferences. We use local storage to record your cookie banner choice, under the keys linkmotors.cookies.dismissed and linkmotors.cookies.analytics. This data stays in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Platform so we can improve it. These cookies are only set if you choose “Accept all” on the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics storage denied until you consent. Google Maps, used to display maps and provider locations, may also set cookies when a map loads.

5. How to manage cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

- Delete individual or all cookies.
- Block cookies from specific or all sites.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will affect the functionality of the Platform, including staying signed in. For browser-specific instructions:

To reset your cookie banner choice, clear the keys linkmotors.cookies.dismissed and linkmotors.cookies.analytics from your browser's local storage, or clear all site data for linkmotors.net. The banner will then appear again on your next visit.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as we introduce new technologies or change how we operate the Platform. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
