When a service provider registers on the platform, we collect: name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, service category, and subscription payment information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card details).

Enquiry data

Drivers who contact providers through the platform may share their name, contact details, and the nature of the service they require. This information is passed directly to the provider and may be retained in our system logs.

Technical data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the platform, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is collected via server logs and analytics tools.

2. Lawful bases for processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

• Contract performance: to create and manage provider accounts and deliver the services you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: to operate, maintain, and improve the platform, detect fraud, and protect the security of the service.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable UK laws and regulatory requirements.
• Consent: for optional marketing communications, where you have opted in, and for non-essential cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

• Creating and managing provider accounts and listings
• Connecting drivers with relevant service providers

• Sending service updates and product announcements (providers may opt out at any time)

4. How we store your data

Personal data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, Inc., which operates data centres in the European Union. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

Data transferred outside the UK is subject to appropriate safeguards in line with UK GDPR requirements, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law:

• Provider account data: for the duration of the account, plus 2 years after closure for legal and audit purposes.
• Transactional and billing records: 7 years, as required by UK tax law.
• Server logs and technical data: up to 12 months.
• Enquiry data passed to providers: deleted from our systems within 90 days unless subject to a dispute or legal hold.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.

7. Third-party processors

• Supabase: database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
• Stripe: payment processing for provider subscriptions.
• Analytics provider: aggregated usage analytics (specific provider to be confirmed before launch).

We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.
